The workshop will take place from 9:30 of 18.10.2022 until 18:00 of 24.10.2022 in the campus of Tel-Aviv University in Ramat Aviv, Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Getting to Israel
Please note that October in Tel Aviv is a busy tourist time, flight and accommodation should better be arranged in advance.
For updated instructions regarding entry to Israel during the COVID-19 pandemic, please follow this link. For your information, as of today there are no special restrictions in public areas. It is not required to present a certificate of recovery or vaccination, and it is not required to take a COVID test upon entry to Israel.

Accommodation
Herods Hotel by the beach offers participants a reduced rate (900 NIS per night instead of 1500). In order to make a reseration in this reduced price, please contact Keren Grossman, by sending an email to: kereng@tauex.tau.ac.il
The number of rooms is limited and the reservations has to be made soon. We will not be able to help with accommodation in other hotels.

Transportation

Please note that in Israel most of the public transportation does not operate on weekends (from Friday evening to Saturday evening). Taxis, however, do operate.
Payment for bus and train rides is possible with apps such as Moovit, or with Rav-Kav card. Train tickets can also be purchased at the station.

Venue
The workshop will take place in the campus of Tel-Aviv University (map; visitors kit).
On 18-21.10, all talks will take place in the Porter Auditorium, located in the Porter School of Environmental Studies building (basement floor). It is located outside TAU campus (just in front of gate 14). 6 Klauzner St., Tel Aviv. [Google maps]
On 22-23.10 all talks will take place in Jaglom Hall, Senate Building, Tel Aviv University [Google maps]
